“My wife and I are Hyatt members… We stayed Hyatt all over the country. And for whatever weird reason, this Hyatt in Chandler Arizona is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I don’t mean the best Hyatt, I mean the best hotel. The entire staff bends over backwards to make sure that everything is perfect . The general manager came up to our room and tinkered with the Wi-Fi so that my wife and I could both get our work done and it probably took him a half an hour to figure out what the problem was… And it was just some silly mistake that my wife and I had made in terms of our settings. He didn’t say a word he just smiled and left after we got up and running.”
“Nice community. I don't live here, but deliver hot meals to many of the residents & have heard how happy they are living here. The pool is just as active as the golf course!”
“Excellent hotel. No issues with parking and the room. Lots of parking and clean room. Front desk staff was polite and respectful. They were kind and even acknowledged the small things we did for them like thanking us for putting the cart back in place. Great lookout view. I did feel like I was staying at a four star hotel. We didn’t get to experience the breakfast though. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Arizona.Rooms: Both appearance and smell of the room was clean.Nearby activities: Andretti Indoor Karting & GamesSafety: Area looks to be safe.”

“Rooms are in great condition and appointed well for the price range. Breakfast is plain, but the coffee tastes pretty good! Friendly and courteous staff at counter.
Nearby activities: Easy access to I-10. When leaving, there's a nearby stoplight to simplify going west on Chandler.”
“We enjoy coming down to oldtown Chandler, grab a bite to eat and listen to the live music. This Best Western is a perfect location, very close to Old Town. We have stayed here before, the rooms are great, comfortable and spacious, and there are coffee makers, refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. Continental breakfast in the morning with a nice selection of breakfast foods to choose from.”

“Smell is the only reason I did not give this place a five. The smell is not the hotels fault honestly. The whole place is super clean. Close to tons of food choices and stores. People just need to smoke outside in the 100 degree weather instead of near the vents in their rooms.”

“I went to Arizona for a family funeral during a time of year when the hotel prices were nuts. Even the cheap hotels were running half my house rent back home. The manager saw me calling around and talking with my family on the phone and realized I was there for a funeral. He gave me a reasonable rate. The most impressive part though cuz I stayed there for three days the manager check to see how things were going how the funeral was if I needed anything. At one point he even invited me to sit and socialize and have a beer with his friends. He checked to make sure that the room was my liking and he checked to see if the vacation goers in the room next door we're being too loud for me. The motel was nice but the service was exceptional. They gave me directions and vice where to eat and showed a lot of kindness. I would recommend and plan to stay there whenever I visit the area. The treatment made all the difference”

“If you have family in town, this is a great place to recommend if you do not have room for them to stay with you. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for longer stays. Suites come with a small kitchen, sink and fridge. Dishes and simple cookware are supplied, but no dishwasher. Overall, the convenient location and economical rates are worth a look.”

“Booked this hotel because it was close to some places we planned for my kids’ birthday trip. We were traveling with three teens and my husband and I. We booked a room with two queen beds and a pull out sofa over the phone with Hilton. When we got to this hotel, Savanna the receptionist was very friendly and check us in a timely manner. However when arriving to the room, it only had two queen beds and no pull out sofa. The room was very nice and clean despite being the wrong one. As we arrived back to the receptionist desk, savanna was checking in a whole basket ball team with eleven rooms booked. After she checked them in, before continuing to make 22 room keys, she turned her attention to us to see if we needed any help, to which we told her our situation with having been put in the wrong room. Unfortunately this hotel does not offer rooms with a pull out sofa and it was at the fault of the Hilton agent that booked us. She assured us she would resolve the issue as soon as she got the basketball team all squared away. She had her coworker start on the keys as she got on the phone to get ahold of the hotel next door. At one point she ran across to the other hotel because they would not answer the phone. Once she got our room in order with the Homewood Suites next door, she assured us we would not be charged extra for the mix up, the parking was taken care of, and we were upgraded. I have to say despite the mess, Savanna provided top notch customer service and as a new Hilton Honors member, I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else but with Hilton.”

“Great hotel, we got king suite with plenty of room for our son in living room with pull out sofa,they have top electric burners and all kitchen ware enough to feed 4ppl.refrigerator .microwave. most pots n pans to cook with. They're pet friendly. The location was off freeway easy to get on n off.plenty of restaurants and convenience stores close by some walking distance. The staff were professional and friendly. I only recommend bringing extra room fan to cool living room off a little more .over all very comfortable and were sure to return soon.”

“Just average retro ish motel. Think Route 66 type. Towels and linens not great. Bed was ok but not as comfortable as upscale place naturally. The selling point of this place is 20 min walk to downtown Chandler and it’s on the bus route so you can get by without renting a car if you like to just wander when you go somewhere.”
