“Brandon and Chris are AMAZING guys. Brandon is the transmission guy there. Chris runs the front desk. Both are super knowledgeable and sensible guys. I was having transmission issues with my 05 duramax fearing the worst. That i had blown a transmission. Dropped it off to these guys and in a weeks time they had it turned around figured out. I usually have the worst customer service ever with AutoZone, napa, and some O'Reilly's stores but this one particularly was amazing. Jessie went out of his way and helped with an oil pressure sensor. With my big hands, I couldn't get to the spot that was needed and he went out of his way and helped me. He insured as well that I got all the sockets and tools I needed for the job. I'm very pleased with the work, grateful for his help. Without him, I would have been stranded or my vehicle would have. Matt responded within 10 minutes and after a few back and fourth questions Matt had a quote to me same day and shipped the wheels the following day after. The wheels were received as advertised. “Took my Subaru in to get an oil change and the tires rotated. The service advisor. Justin contacted us said they were running a little behind. It’ll be an hour to an 1 1/2 to 2 hours wait time. After waiting over two hours, I contacted Justin again and he said it would be at least another two hours and that they hadn’t even started on the car yet. Not happy that NO ONE came out to let us know it was going to be another 2 hours. When I made this appointment over a week ago all the times were open. Why even make an appointment when they don’t seem to honor it. All the manager could say was the he was sorry. Also the manager claim that Justin told us it would be a wait time of 3 hours which was a lie. Won’t be going back there again.
UPDATE…UPDATE…..
The next day after this incident I was contacted by Adam Morrison-Vega and Rob Bullard both are service managers. Both requested we give them another chance at taking care of our Subaru. We did but only if they could change the oil, rotate the tires and wash the car with 90 minutes. Well everything was done in less than 90 minutes and both managers couldn’t have been more accommodating and taking care of us. Because of these two gentlemen, we will go back again, and have them take care of our Subaru. Thank you.”
