“I made an online reservation a couple days in advance of our appt. That same day I received a call from Stephan with Chase. He was the rep our appt was booked with in the next 2 hrs. He informed me, he was not a notary (which I needed and requested) and would not be able to fulfill the request. He was very apologetic! Instead of just hanging up and not taking responsibility; he provided info to the next closes branch. In addition he called them on my behave to see if they had an appt available. They did not but Stephan did offer to reschedule me which unfortunately did not work for my timeframe. He then again offered another solution.Which did workout.THANK YOU for working to find a solution and not just shrugging it off as if it wasn't your problem. (Hope that makes sense:)U R a Rockstar!”
