“I have brought two trucks in two days to have storm damage repaired to the back windows of our fleet vehicles. I arrived a bit early the first day. In and out in 45 minutes. I was late on the second day due to traffic, and they still got me out in under 30 minutes. Customer service was outstanding. The techs were professional and friendly.
I have looked through some of the negative reviews and I see two trends... Tesla cars are a total pain to fix, and some people are just never satisfied and will make a BIG issue out of a small one, all the while feeling slighted by customer service for not getting their way, and a lengthy negative review is how they throw a tantrum. Some people can't be satisfied.
I have used Safelite for better than 20 years and will continue to do so. Never a bad experience, always a fair price for the times.”
