“Never had an issue with this branch or any of the staff. They have always been helpful and friendly which justifies the 5 rating. However I am concerned with the proposed new changes that Chase is planning to implement to all accounts to increase their cash flow. I process a lot of money thru Chase and if they start incurring fees to my checking, savings, investments and credit cards I will be forced to move all my money to another financial institution and this rating will change.”
“I had issues at daylight teller, so when I came inside I met Kim Pierce, I didn't realize she was the branch manager, she was so sweet...and understanding didn't make me feel stupid like some places would do. “First of all I love having a bank in the grocery store because I'm always there it seems like. And also anytime I've used it they are always friendly. but, this last time was for an international wire transfer and Robbie couldn't have been kinder. I didn't have all the information so we were kind of doing a back and forth thing, but he was very patient and very personable and I appreciate that!!”
