They didn't have the part but "rigged" it up to run and pointed us to were to get thr part. Even gave us some tips to prevent us from getting scammed if it messes up again. “I broke down near mcsweeney I was traveling from Florida to missouri, I took my truck to them, and let me tell you all chevrolet dealers should be forced by GM to send someone to this dealership for training, this is absolutely one of the best dealers I have ever dealt with, I was there all day they made sure I had doughnuts and coffee for breakfast, had chips, crackers and lady name Zoey checked on me constantly thur the day and she also brought me lunch, I honestly felt like I was part of there family, every dealer needs a Zoey and I truly mean that, Zoey and Craig the service writer got me a ride to my camper craig couldn't finish my truck that night but got it done and picked me back up because all I could do was walk, when back at dealer was expecting a big bill and it was probably the most reasonable price I've ever paid, so with all this said I am going to write GM and tell them the great service I received from Craig and Zoey (Mcsweeny auto) and they should be consider a training ground, Zoey, Craig, and Mcsweeny auto group Thank You for everything God Bless the whole group

“I had a tire going bad while towing a big car hauler trailer while on I65. Something I rarely do so I was a bit nervous to begin with. I had to complete my 600 mile trip by a certain time. I pulled over at the 213 rest stop and googled tire stores. I just picked one. It wasn't Clanton Tire. The young lady on the phone at the other store told me they didn't have my size tire new or used but if I gave her a few minutes she'd make some calls. Amazingly she came through for me and the solution was Clanton. Randy greeted me and got right to it and I was on my way in 30 minutes. One thing's for sure, the Tire store community in Clanton work together and exhibit that southern hospitality we all cherish. Highly recommend.”

“I've never been to T&B Tire. I only have had 3 phone calls with Ms Lisa of T&B. The first was me, a stranded guy at the 213 rest stop on I65 with a tire going bad on my F350 while towing a 26' trailer. Lisa answered with the most iconic southern bell accent and told me she didn't have my Nitto RidgeGrappler in stock but if I'd give her 5 minutes she would call around and see if she could fid me a tire that would get me out of the weeds for the remainder of my 300 mile trip. At this point it didn't seem hopeful for me and I was considering where I'd stay for the night. After 10 minutes I hadn't heard back from Lisa so I called her back. She apologized profusely as if she owed me anything. She stated she was so sorry, the phone was non-stop but that she had found me a tire! The tire was at a competitor's shop and it was even closer to me than their shop. She gave me their phone number. The whole transaction at the other store was great as well. The 3rd call was from me to Lisa thanking her for taking the time to help a stranded traveler out when her store wouldn't benefit monetarily at all. It's that kind of service that will insure that T&B Tire will be in business as long as they choose to. In the old days one would send a letter to the store to thank them. These days we post a comment (review) so that others can see and make their choice of where to send their business. I doubt I'll ever be in need of Lisa and T&B's service again but if any one who reads this would kindly stand in on my behalf in the hour of your need, well I'd be greatly appreciative!”

“We were in a very bad car accident on our way to Destin. The driver of Mark's Towing was at the scene shortly after our accident. He helped us get in the truck to take us down and wait for a ride to get a rental car. He cleaned up all of the mess. As we walked in Mark's Tow center, was greeted by a couple of ladies and they took very good care of us. One of the associates offered to take us to get a rental car but I had already called my sister for a ride since she lived 45 minutes away and we were 3 hours away from home.. We are very thankful for the caring and concern of their staff.”

“Nice little place to spend the night in the RV. Clean shower/bathrooms too. The only thing was there were a couple dogs (from permanent residences) running around not on leashes, and as the owner of a small dog I didn't appreciate that too much. But aside from that everything was great.
Food & drinks: We were pretty excited when we saw the shoney's literally right across the road from the park, we went and had a filling breakfast before we got back out on the road. ☺️”

“We broke down just south of Birmingham late one Sunday afternoon. No taxis, no Uber, and no rental cars available. Stranded. But then, on the recommendation of a passer by, we called Robinson's and got ahold of Mike. Mike was a lifesaver! Really nice, very helpful, completely professional. He didn't just give us a tow, he helped us get back on the road again so we could make it to work Monday morning. Mike really went over and above and saved the day. I hope you never need roadside assistance or engine repairs, but if you do then call Robinson's Garage right away. Honest people doing great work for a fair price. You can't go wrong with Mike and his crew.”
