“It has been a couple years, but I broke down on my way to northern AL from Florida. Coasted off i-65 & a local recommended Johnnys.. He sent a tow truck & had me & my truck(01 dodge 5.9 ) safely to his shop in a few min. Johnny was fast, professional & on the spot. He even offered to plug in my trailer behind his shop as the transmission had to come from Atlanta. Had I not damaged the housing, he would've rebuilt the 6 sp manual in house. A new Jasper Transmission was installed & I was on my way. The price was very fair & the work was performed quickly & efficiently.For being stranded by yourself in a small town, he made the experience bareable. Big Thanks to Johnny & his staff...”

“We were in a very bad car accident on our way to Destin. The driver of Mark's Towing was at the scene shortly after our accident. He helped us get in the truck to take us down and wait for a ride to get a rental car. He cleaned up all of the mess. As we walked in Mark's Tow center, was greeted by a couple of ladies and they took very good care of us. One of the associates offered to take us to get a rental car but I had already called my sister for a ride since she lived 45 minutes away and we were 3 hours away from home.. We are very thankful for the caring and concern of their staff.”

“I can’t express enough how kind and helpful Jeff was. We were 10 hours from home and we’re in a horrible accident. Jeff came with his wrecker to tow what was left of our truck and trailer, he offered to take us 20 minutes out of his way to a hotel. He told us on the way that he was getting married in just a few hours, yet here he was helping us. The kindness he showed to us during this trauma was over and above what he needed to do.
