“A large selection of perfumes. However, waiting 20 minutes for the staff to open the display case is excessive. After 2 announcements per store and an endless number of button presses asking for staff to come over. Favorable prices, larger selection than in Ross.”

“Donna at the Chanel counter is a superstar saleswoman! I had a bad experience at an opposite store in the mall (clinique-belk) looking for a lipstick, and Donna turned my frown upside down and helped me pick out a beautiful red lipstick. She was willing to help and not pushy or rude ,very much appreciated, give this wonderful lady a raise!!”
“Every employee is incredibly friendly and helpful, sales and coupons are great, and you gotta love that there's still a department store around. I've only been here twice but I plan to go back. They have nice stuff and a little bit of everything. OH and they're about to get a Sephora which is just mind-blowing. And I'm so grateful I can do Amazon returns there for free! Thank y'all!”

“From getting a suitable parking which was seamless by the way to embarking on my shopping I had a beautiful time. Most shops have very difficult parking provisions but driving into the target area is alway easy as well as the shopping experience. However it looks like the self checkout tills are fast taking over counters with cashiers. Traditional people like me want to be checked out by someone after spending my money.”
“I love this place but it is where I have worked at for 2 years now I am the leader of the cleaning crew my company has a contract with jc Penny's to clean the store it gets tuff sometimes but I would not trade this experience in getting for anything other than a raise and a promotion to a higher position. “Starbucks at this Target a million stars... I drove a good distance just to shop there and went into Starbucks for the first time, which is odd, because when I lived down the street from there I never went either..anywho, I stop in before shopping and the line was long because there was only one person working . It was my turn and the cashier had a pleasant smile and attitude. I ordered the Pink drink but they were out of coconut milk, as I was about to walk away she offered another drink, I dont remember the name but it had real strawberries and lemonade mixed. When I tell you it was so good and refreshing it was better than the Pink drink I've been getting for months now. My point of sharing was sometimes a little patience pays off and you'll meet a sweet worker who takes the time to make you feel welcome by simply going above and beyond. I don't remember her name but she had braids and was short and petite and had a kind smile. Thank you for ma'am again, it made my day better;)”
“Hopped in for a few items, ended up walking out with a couple of books as well as the phone charger, canvas, and drink I ran in for. It is a nice, clean, new to the area, variety store and the associates there were very friendly and helpful.”
“There is easy access from major roads in the area. There was plenty of parking so we didn't have far to walk. The people were helpful and pleasant. The store was well laid out and most everything I needed was where I thought it was. The self check out really speeds things up.”
“I go in the Family Dollar Store almost every other day I love the people that work in there they are awesome they help me when I need to find something very polite and they watch out for my well-being they are like family to me and that's why you are called Family Dollar because everyone in there is family I shop at the one McVeigh and Navco beside Piggly Wiggly wouldn't stop at any other one they are the best in there”

“In my opinion, I think this is the best Neighborhood Walmart in Mobile. It seems organized. I may even consider driving a little extra farther, passing the Neighborhood Walmart that's closer to my home, to go this Walmart on Cottage Hill Rd regularly.”

“I was in the area and wanting to look at their decorations, so I came in. HUGE parking lot. I was greeted when I walked in by an employee. I went to their decorations and looked around. While I found several items that were close to what I was looking for, they did not have the specific items I was looking for. Large selection otherwise.”
“This is my fav Walmart in the city. I'm not exactly sure why, but definitely sure it's my fav. The store is clean, organized, customer service just great and I can find what I want. The clearance is clearly marked. The market section/deli/bakery/grocery has fresh veggies and fruit. Fresh bread and grocery aisle are well stocked. Yeah, this is definitely my Walmart. One stop shopping. I'm ready to try the app for grocery pickup, next time.”
“I find alot of great deals, I was using a voucher and when I got to the checkout realized I hadn't used all of the funds so I asked the cashier if I could go get a few more items to complete the order she said yes, the other cashier next to her told me to next time keep up with my rolling total cause I was holding up the line. I didn't realize I had some clearance items. So one older lady is rude.”

“I called on the phone to have some equipment delivered to our location. The ordering on the website was giving me an issue. I called and a man named Chris had the best attitude and handled our issue and got the equipment delivered. I called the following day to order something we forgot and mention a part was missing Chris delivered everything on his way home. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Chris !!!”
