Each part is warrantied 30 days with no extra charge . But yes if u wait past ur 30 days then we won’t refund anything . It’s a huge junkyard with different variety of vehicles and parts . So, I got those too. The young man was very friendly, I only wish I could remember his name!”

“I needed an exhaust manifold gasket set for my 61' Willys CJ5 F-134 as the smell has gotten obnoxious. All the usual box stores do not stock, of course. Eddy's in the past have always had an obscure part when needed. I called on a whim thinking worst case they can order a set, low and behold they had a set in stock! As stated in the other reviews, old school pop auto shop, worth their weight in gold. Support these family business, their knowledge regarding the products and applications is priceless!”

“Unexpectedly needed a new battery first thing 7:30a. Called store to make sure a battery was available, gentleman confirmed. Went to store, purchased, gentleman installed quickly and I was on my way- less than 30 min. Top notch!”
“I went in late in the evening when sometimes employees can be hurried but not this young man. Alex was fast, polite, friendly and efficient. He came outside and checked that I was getting the correct taillight and had it changed (along with 2 new wiper blades) in a flash!!! Thanks for making that soooooo smooth and easy Alex! “Overall my vehicle looks like new. But they did miss a couple areas that needed color sanding and buffing. The finish does have swirl marks from buffing. And a couple devices need some attention.”
“Lets start with the bad and end with the good. My brand new truck unfortunately had to get towed and I chose to have it towed to this shop since I bought it here and the purchase process was AMAZING. Sales and Service are totally different so keep that in mind. To start, they claimed to not have a loaner while my truck was being repaired, I would have driven anything they had in the inventory to prevent from being down. Next up, very little communication offered. I had to follow up at the end of the day and I had to ask what was happened and what causes that sort of issue (bent pushrod after only 10k miles). Lastly, once it was repaired, they would not bring the vehicle to me or arrange for courtesy transportation. I had to get transportation to the dealership to pick up my truck. I could have had it towed to the dealership within walking distance of my office but instead I wanted the local owned dealer that sold me the truck to have the business, thinking with them being smaller I would have a better service experience. With that said, the great part is the truck was fixed the next day and the inconvenience of not having transportation was minimal. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I suggest they improve on their communication and their customer offerings, HECK yes! Did my world come crashing down because of these circumstances, NOPE. Will I go back to them? Hopefully not, but if the truck breaks down again, you bet I will and hopefully the experience will be better.”
“I was recommended to Steven Pack Automotive Repair by my Nephew who said they do really good work at a reasonable price. I gave Mr. Pack a call and he set me up an appointment and gave me a quote on the work I needed done. I called 2 other repair shops to get a quote and both of them were more than DOUBLE THE PRICE I received from Pack Automotive.
He had my vehicle completed in less than 6 hours and my car runs like brand new. The thing that impressed me the most was the warm friendly welcome I received when I arrived and when I picked up my vehicle.
