“This was my 2nd time bringing my vehicles here for a muffler delete. The first vehicle I brought was a Mitsubishi eclipse, and they made it sound amazing so I knew when I wanted a muffler delete on my 21 Honda Accord sport, this was the place to go. I knew they didn’t take appointments so since I live outside the city I made Sure to call ahead To check on the wait time because I know it’s first come first serve. I didn’t have too much of a wait because when I pulled up everybody was working on a vehicle so I may be waited about 30 minutes if that. The muffler delete did not take too much time. I am in love with the way my car sounds now and they also have a nice selection of exhaust tips as well if you’re looking to add a nice sporty, look to your vehicle. I will definitely come back again.”

“The folks at Rod’s Custom on S Parkway were absolutely fantastic to work with! I had a minor fender bender and needed a rear bumper replacement. I discussed the option to upgrade to an aftermarket bumper and the team at Rod’s had no problem helping me make the substitution and it saved me a little bit of $. The day I was supposed to drop the truck off was the day the town shut down due to an ice storm that kept shops closed for about a week. Unfortunately I was unable to drop my truck off but the team made sure to get me in the first chance they made it back to the office. They were very communicative leading to the initial appointment, during the storm, and through the time they had my vehicle. The day I picked it up they informed me that they went through a few extra steps to wire the additional lights in the new bumper so that I did not have to go through the hassle of removing the bumper and wiring it in the future. This additional foresight helped me significantly and allowed for a smooth look and feel to the final product. I’m glad I didn’t have to find the time in the future to complete that task. There was a bit of a hiccup after I left the shop as my fuel pump was pressed up against the body of the truck. I took it back immediately and the team ensured I was taken care of as it was caused during reassembly. I was pressed for time and had an appointment to get to without any other options for a ride so Kane put me in a rental car for the day. Within a few hours they had the issue remedied and I was able to get my truck back. Kane took very good care of me and the technicians did a phenomenal job on the truck. My truck went in dirty on the inside and out and when I got it back they did a fantastic job cleaning the outside and I was shocked to see that they had cleaned the inside as well. The cleaning wasn’t just typical throwing out garbage and spraying a freshener and a splash of windex, I mean my gauges, dash, console, seats, everything was VERY clean. Rod’s custom on S Parkway has more than earned my business.”

“My roommate and I came to this auto part store this evening because we thought my cars starter was bad; since the car was sometimes refusing to start since I left work Thursday afternoon. When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car. “I like Corlett! [Formerly known as Corlett Auto Restoration.] Nancy Corlett has been in the business here forever, since at least 1985-86! They painted my 1965 Mercedes Benz 230 SL a lovely dark gray in the mid-1980s. The paint job came out fantastic! I'm sure my husband (at that time) arranged an exceptional price, back when Marcel Corlett was running the shop, so I can't comment on the value. Marcel was so laid back and accommodating, I'll bet Marcel did the paint job at his cost since my ex actually sold gray market imported cars at this location. I spoke with Nancy recently when my husband wrecked his SUV back in April, and she was very knowledgeable, kind, honest and friendly to me on the phone. She explained that all the body shops were having lengthy backlogs because people were opting to repair vehicles instead of purchasing new ones. She recommended 1-2 other body shops for me to contact and use her name as a reference. Do consider Corlett when getting quotes for auto body work.”
