Rooms: I reserved 5 rooms none of the garbage cans in any of the rooms had garbage bags in them. One room for sure didn't have a microwave and another didn't have the bodywash.

Hotel met expectations in every way except for them having no courtesy coffee in the lobby. Only paid Starbucks.

Amazing front desk staff. Honestly, that can make or break a stay. They’ve renovated the lobby area and it’s really nice. The rooms and hallways though, are super dated. I also switched rooms as my first rooms AC unit was incredibly loud. The second room is nice and is just fine.
