“Rooms: I reserved 5 rooms none of the garbage cans in any of the rooms had garbage bags in them. One room for sure didn't have a microwave and another didn't have the bodywash.”

“The price of the room was very reasonable. We didn't have reservations, so we didn't get the room we wanted. Overall, everything was nice and clean. I didn't go down for breakfast. I will stay again. The location was a bit hidden and could have used more lighting at the top of the hill near the turnoff.Rooms: Overall, the rooms were nice and clean; even around the baseboards. The shower head didn't work properly, but it got the job done.Noteworthy details: There are no shower caps in the rooms or lotion for guests. There was no microwave, and the refrigerator cuts off every two hours, which makes it pretty hard to keep drinks or food cold.”

“We had the opportunity to stay with Jim and Dana Maloney's Jubilee Suites during the holidays and cannot recommend the bed and breakfast more highly. The accommodations were so beautiful and comfortable, and Jim and Dana were incredibly warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back for our future trips to Fairhope!”

“This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were great. Service was great. Our view over looked both the city and the river which was great. This hotel is a great option for lone travelers as well as groups.Only complaint is that the in house hotel breakfast is not free and alittle over priced however there are so many options nearby for a great breakfast.Nearby activities: This hotel is located right in downtown mobile. Many options nearby for both entertainment and food.”

“Nice pool with hot tub and a kiddie pool. Zero entry pool for the kids. Lots of seating in the sun and in the shade. Tennis court and fitness center in the same location. Don't forget your room key or you'll be locked out of the hotel when you're done swimming.”

“Where shall I begin- the sacred one hundred year old oak trees drapped with resurection ferns? The fainting goats? The ducklings? The lush silence of breathing in the pure air? Maybe the actual lodging where I wanted for nothing. Richly designed and decorated for comfort. We baked cookies for a reunion we were attending and everything we needed minus the ingredients were here in the delightfully supplied kitchen. I took my morning medatation and tea beneath the jasmine vines on the patio with the blue jays and kitty-rinsing away the stress of the world.Do visit Fairhope Farm and try the hand made goat soap. Mmmmmmm luxeryRegretably I have no photos for I was completely emerged in the present moment of utter peace, and the restoration of serenity.Thank you. Frances, you have created a temple here.”

“Had a great stay downtown at candlewood hotel! Service was wonderful and the location was just perfect! My only caveat would be the lack of towels.Walkability: I'd score the walkability a solid 4.5/5, you could get to any bar/restaurants worth going to in <15min, personally we rode scooters and loved it!”

“?️ Great Location - Friendly, Helpful Staff ?️This hotel couldn't be more conveniently located for those traveling I-10 needing to take a rest for the night. My room was located on the 5th floor and even had a balcony with seating! It permitted a beautiful view of the distant city lights in the dark, as well as a refreshing view of the sunrise at dawn. Bathrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. My first room had a blocked sink; however, the staff member at the front desk immediately transitioned me to another room on the same floor for ease. In the second room, the shower was out of body wash (and if I'd raised this concern, I'm sure it would have quickly been addressed). I got the impression that the hotel may have been understaffed at the time; however, the staff that were working were incredibly helpful, kind, and service-minded.What a welcome surprise the breakfast was! A little bit of everything: bacon, eggs, yoghurt, biscuits, and even a waffle maker with two types of batter! Rachel was so sweet and helpful in the self-serving area. The dining space had access to an outdoor balcony and chairs, where you could eat while watching the sun rise over Mobile Bay. Very beautiful and a great way to start the next day's travels. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again if I were traveling I-10.”

“Staying at Hilton Garden Inn for one night. The exterior is lit up and there is plenty of parking around the Hotel. The lobby is bright and open. The room we are staying in is large enough for a family. There is an office in the front with a couch that converts to a bed with a TV. There's plenty of room in there to store luggage and still move around. There is a small kitchen type area with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The closest is small but large enough to store one bag and hang up a few items. I'm a little disappointed at the bathroom. It's a little small and has a tub shower which seems a bit dated compared to the rest of the room. They also only gave us three shower towels. We usually have at least four towels provided in our rooms. The positives are that there is liquid soap, hand lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and the mirror counter was decent. As you walk past the closet you get to the bedroom which has two beds, some shelving, and a TV. The beds are comfortable and the blankets provide warmth. The pillows are soft and comfy. It's a nice place to stay and bigger than most rooms I've stayed in with my husband and two teens. It's a good Hotel for an overnight stay.”

“The hotel is situated right next to I10, so perfect for travellers. The staff is polite, very helpful and the atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped for business travellers. On this price level it is nearly impossible to find a better hotel in this area.”

“This hotel deserves to be listed as 5 stars for hospitality and cleanliness! EVERY employee was friendly and personable. Rooms were immaculately clean and we loved how the newer interior design was so functional for our family of 4 to store luggage and move around. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel restaurant - It’s obvious Ms Louise is a professional at homestyle cooking! We travel through the Mobile area frequently to visit family and plan to make this hotel a regular stop in route.Rooms: Immaculately clean and functional interior design.Food & drinks: The best breakfast at any hotel!Noteworthy details: Every employee was friendly, personable, and very accommodating.”

“Older place but refurbished. Has microwave and refrigerator. No ice bucket but ice available. No place to hang clothes. Bed was comfortable and a/c worked well and quiet. No table. So small room so if you just need a night or two is OK.”

“Everyone was welcoming. Clean linen. Excellent Skyview bar on top floor. Bartender makes fantastic lemon drops! On the Mardi Gras parade route so you can’t beat that, unless you don’t want to park and walk from a distance. I didn’t realize wouldn’t be able to park next to hotel as the parades had the garage blocked off. Not a bad walk though as you get to see all that downtown has to offer.”

“Pretty decent hotel. Clean and comfortable. The ac/heater smelled a little of mildew but aside from that it was nice. Jacuzzi was hot but the pool (despite telling me otherwise) was not heated. Nice if you are into cold plunges ”

“The manager was phenomenal, I would confidently say that when I visit back to Alabama I will be staying in this location again. I had no issues what so ever, the breakfast was always something different and delicious! It puts you basically a 20-40 minute drive to tons of sites and locations and that’s perfect for me. Surrounded with a wide variety of restaurants and a mall right behind you! If you walk 5 minutes down the road you might even be lucky to see an alligator on the alligator boardwalk that’s safe for children! I highly recommend anyone who wants to stay in a clean, affordable, and primetime location to stay here!!! Wish I could give more stars on my review! *******************”

“Very nicely updated hotel, extremely clean, great location within walking distance to downtown, the artwork throughout the hotel and rooms added sophisticated and charming look!”

“The location is pretty awesome and super walkable and Conde at the front desk was very helpful at check-in! :) Maybe with new management this hotel will reach it's full potential!..It's a pretty quiet location too besides occasionally hearing employees bickering which I've heard from the pool (not very peaceful) and in the snack room. It sounded like the woman was having a bad day but yelling at employees within earshot of guests is just unprofessional. I just had to mention that.. Otherwise my time has been pretty enjoyable.??‍♀️Hopefully, like I said with new staff and some fresh paint this place will be a hidden gem in Mobile.. I'd recommend it to people visiting downtown Mobile, AL for the first time! I loved going to the parade and the Mardi Gras museum which is just nearby.⭐⭐⭐⭐Shout out again to Conde for being so funny and helpful ?Nearby activities: Soo many options nearby with these museums right down the street! !”
