Just today 6/21/2023 I was having a difficult time trying to communicate what I needed over the phone due to an inability of speech that caused me to have to hang up the phone. Maybe 30 minutes later my door bell rang and when I answered my door there stood a representative from Jerry's Pharmacy to find out what I was needing. I have never felt so cared about as I did at that moment! They didn't have to do that but because they are such caring people they did. Again, Thank you, all of you at Jerry's Pharmacy.”

“If I could give this pharmacy a 10 star review I would. I wish I had gotten the pharmacist name but if you've ever interacted with him I'm sure you'll know who he is by what I'm about to say. This pharmacist is one of the sweetest and most caring people I've ever spoke to. He talked me through my new medication anxiety and explained how what I was using before was bad and probably harmful without an ounce of judgement in his voice. He hyped me up and reminded me that it's okay to fall asleep a little bit later(sleep anxiety and restless leg syndrome.) I know I'm laying it all out here but hands down literally the best.”
“My experience in the West Gadsden CVS on Saturday, 8/5/23 was pleasant. I found what I was looking for, I had extrabucks to spend and a $3 birthday gift. It all added up to over $7 and I received extrabucks for my next visit. I was greeted as I came into the store and thanked for my visit to the store. I prefer this store of the next closest three.”

“Actually one of the best pharmacies I've used in this state next to the Leeds Walmart pharmacy. And I've lived between here and Birmingham for 3 years now. They actually answer the question you have. Not give you the answer they think MIGHT be right or just to please you for the moment. Most other pharmacies I've used have given me 5 different answers in a day about issues actually on their end instead of actually figuring out what the issue is with your meds and most of all the staff have been great and happy.”

“I am constantly amazed at the work ethic of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians at Store 1476 in Rainbow City. They juggle non-stop multiple phone lines, pick up, drop off, drive thru, vaccinations, truck deliveries and over 700 Rx fills per day. All of this with either 2 RPhs, 2-3 PhTs and maybe a PhClerk to help in the drive thru. On their feet for over 12 hours per day, sometimes without a break. Taking insults, harassment and unkind remarks from customers all the while remaining professional and cranking out prescriptions for our patients and customers. This job is brutal and rewarding at the same time. We take a beating and get up the next day and go back in to assist our patients. I’ve never seen a group more dedicated to helping customers. Proud to be a part of the team!”
“ALWAYS, ALWAYS treats me like I'm important to them and they ALWAYS do whatever they can to make sure that my prescriptions are filled on time. If there are ever any problems, they have it worked out before I ever arrive. Most places slowed down and had issues since the covid crisis. However, walmart pharmacy, in Gadsden specifically, somehow improved on their service and I just know that I won't have to worry about anything when it comes to my prescriptions. It is every employee ranging from the pharmacist to the tech and cashier. Thank you! God bless you and your family!”
“I am increasingly happy with my experience here, the customer service I received has far exceeded my expectations in every way. Specifically, Mr. Elijah Woods needs to be given an immediate raise. He went above and beyond for me and my needs, and truly humbled me by the effort he put into fulfilling my requests, albeit under the unconventional circumstance I proposed them. I believe he sets the standard of which everyone should aim to follow in dealing with customers. The person at the window, first checked to see if they had the meds, then ask if I wanted to pick it up later. I explained I had him in the car with me. She immediately went into action, had the pharmacist fill the meds, set up a profile with my daughter’s insurance , I may have waited 15 minutes for all this to complete. Very thankful for the young lady at the window on this day. 2/5/2024”
