“? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What can I say that hasn't already been said by others. Jerry's Pharmacy is amazing. Just today 6/21/2023 I was having a difficult time trying to communicate what I needed over the phone due to an inability of speech that caused me to have to hang up the phone. Maybe 30 minutes later my door bell rang and when I answered my door there stood a representative from Jerry's Pharmacy to find out what I was needing. I have never felt so cared about as I did at that moment! They didn't have to do that but because they are such caring people they did. Again, Thank you, all of you at Jerry's Pharmacy.”
“I must say that I really ( really), likethis Pharmacy!I relocated to Alabama & I first used Hugh's, because it was in the hospital.It only took that one time, for me to continue using them because of the customer service!I have never felt so well taken care of by a Pharmacy!I'm also hearing impaired , so understanding is a bit difficult for me.....Everyone that I have come in contact with at Hugh's Pharmacy (after explaining that I read lips) has always looked directly at me,so I can read their lips & understand them, even the delivery person!Oh, Did I mention, they Deliver! ?I highly recommend this Pharmacy!I won't go anywhere else & I tell as many people as possible about them.If you want to get fast, efficient service and go somewhere they care about you, go to"Hugh's Pharmacy!" Is the place you should go!”

“If I could give this pharmacy a 10 star review I would. I wish I had gotten the pharmacist name but if you've ever interacted with him I'm sure you'll know who he is by what I'm about to say. This pharmacist is one of the sweetest and most caring people I've ever spoke to. He talked me through my new medication anxiety and explained how what I was using before was bad and probably harmful without an ounce of judgement in his voice. He hyped me up and reminded me that it's okay to fall asleep a little bit later(sleep anxiety and restless leg syndrome.) I know I'm laying it all out here but hands down literally the best.”

“Wonderful experience! Should've got the guys name but he was soooo helpful and patient with me and my fussing and fixing, adjusting to get a "passport" photo for a license renewal. Great experience considering getting passport photos is a drudgery much like getting a driver's license. They always look like mugshots and I'm convinced that the picture taker simply does not care about you, is felt and shows in the picture. But this guy did care, was present and kind and it shows in my picture!”

“My experience in the West Gadsden CVS on Saturday, 8/5/23 was pleasant. I found what I was looking for, I had extrabucks to spend and a $3 birthday gift. It all added up to over $7 and I received extrabucks for my next visit. I was greeted as I came into the store and thanked for my visit to the store. I prefer this store of the next closest three.”

“My family and I are so grateful for this CVS location this past week. We’ve had to fill multiple prescriptions over the course of a few days when the household came down with an illness that kept on giving. On one occasion the doctor didn’t get a script over to them until an hour before closing and they were still able to fill it. CVS had each prescription ready quickly and the wait in the drive-thru was either non-existent or quick. Thank you so much.”

“ALWAYS, ALWAYS treats me like I'm important to them and they ALWAYS do whatever they can to make sure that my prescriptions are filled on time. If there are ever any problems, they have it worked out before I ever arrive. Most places slowed down and had issues since the covid crisis. However, walmart pharmacy, in Gadsden specifically, somehow improved on their service and I just know that I won't have to worry about anything when it comes to my prescriptions. It is every employee ranging from the pharmacist to the tech and cashier. Thank you! God bless you and your family!”
