“Glenn did a good job repairing the dent on my car door. Someone had badly hit it and I thought it was going to cost me "an arm and leg" to have it repaired, but he gave me a good deal and I didn't even have to go through my insurance. I give 4 stars due to the fact that I still hear something rattling in my car door, although he said he couldn't find anything. Anyways, I will just let someone else check it out. “I wish more people would call the customer care center (800)-WALMART and brag on folks. It's a thankless place to work Im sure where most folks just complain. They definitely deserve higher ratings on here. Call and make someone's day and let them know they're appreciated for the work they do.The gentleman today at the automotive center did an outstanding job handling a simple but serious issue as we are on a long distance trip from Montgomery area back to Texas. We had ran over something yesterday and the air foil cover under the front had come loose with no way I could remove it, it was dragging and hitting the tires. They got me in there and handled it quickly and free of charge at that in the lube bay. I wish I'd caught their names but the gents in the Automotive center midday on Saturday Aug 26th 2023 took take care of us and will anyone. I'm certain that crew will do so just kindly and with cheer as well. I can't tell you how grateful I am and my wife was stressing over it and the limited budget we had to travel with. They should all be commended for not thinking twice to take care of us but take the initiative to get the job done. You all deserve a raise, thanks again fellas!!”
