“Kevin at the Saraland location is AMAZING!!!! I have always had a great experience with enterprise, however I wanted to make sure I made a review specifically about Kevin. We came in to rent a car with no reservation on a Friday afternoon. This location was very busy and Kevin was the only one working. He was able to accommodate us. We had to wait a little bit for the vehicle to be cleaned, which was NO ISSUE at all, especially since we did not have a reservation. While we were waiting, customers continued to come in. My husband and I couldn’t help but notice how well of a job Kevin did balancing the flow of traffic in this office. He did an outstanding job handling each customer in a timely manner with amazing customer service. I hope Enterprise recognizes what an amazing employee they have representing them in Saraland, AL!!!!”
“WOW WHERE CAN I START THAT MAX AND SMILEY THE BEST THERE IS AFTER RESERVATION FOR 2 WEEKS I WAS CALLED ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASION SAYING IT WAS A RECALL ON THE CHRYSLER MINI VAN SO MY VACATION WAS RUINED FOR MY GRANDKIDS(9) SO I REACHED OUT ON I65 SERVICE ROAD WHERE I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VEHICLE THEY ARE NOT REPLACEABLE WAY TO GO YOUNG MEN!!!!”
