“I booked my rental through the Emerald Club. Whoever booked it did it wrong. When I explained this to Ashley, she immediately corrected it and also set up transportation to the rental location. She was quick, professional, and polite too. Larry, the gentleman who picked me up was on time and also very polite. This is my sixth rental from this location and anytime there was any issues, it was handled immediately and professionally, by one of the rental agents or by Bryant the manager. I have had nothing but good quality service from the staff at this location. Thank you for your service and help.”
