Customer service was horrible. Guy named Terrell was not so friendly to explain about the plan and I also heard him saying ‘waste of my time’ at the end. Please improve your customer service

After having my Spectrum modem for many years, it finally went out. I called spectrum and they had somebody out within an hour to replace my modem. The technician, David was awesome and did a fantastic job in a timely manner! Thank you Spectrum!!
