“hallie wow what can I say I called in because I did get the wrong part and she called me back with in 3 mints and said I got you it was our fault im sending you a new one you will have it tomorrow and you can keep the old one no need to return it she was super friendly and very understanding her number one goal was to make me happy and get it taken care of by the time she called me she had it taken care of just under a mint just wow what great customer service thank you Hallie I hope I spelled your name right you are the best and very good at your job thank you agin”
