“This was my first time going to Interstate. I called beforehand to see if they would take my old battery and potentially replace the battery in my vehicle, as well. The two gentlemen at the store were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Such wholesome energy! While they were changing out my battery they noticed my positive terminal was shot (acid leaked out from my previous battery and damaged it) and they replaced it for free! The whole interaction took maybe 10 minutes, but their professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Thank you, guys. You have earned a customer for life!”

“Last night, I got pulled over by the police for my tag light being out. On my way home from work I stopped by O'Reilly to purchase some bulbs and a plastic wrench; YouTube videos told me I needed to replace bulbs. Richard and Caleb greeted me in and Richard was very attentive to my needs. Not only did Richard help me find the correct bulbs but he also save me money by replacing the bulbs for me. I did not have to purchase the plastic wrench. Caleb also assisted Richard with replacing the tag light bulbs. “UPDATE:Just picked up my Lawn Mower and was pleasantly surprised at the outcome; it was my first time to actually meet Matt in person, since when I had dropped it off quite some time ago, he was out for lunch. He did not even mention anything about price, and when I asked he said “it was submitted under warranty, and will be covered” - and he was very professional; so I asked about looking into riding lawn mowers and he and his associate/salesman told me all I needed to know -will think more about that later, when I am ready to purchase, but of course I will shop around. I also apologized for my confusion on the process, and happy it all worked out. “After receiving an advertisement in the mail for a holiday discount, I called to schedule an oil change, and spoke with a very friendly service associate by the name of Dominique. She was very friendly and very helpful when I called. Even though I called at around 2:30 in the afternoon, she was able to get me in for an appointment for an oil change by 3:15 the same day. Upon arrival for my appointment, I was greeted by a few friendly faces who were eager to help me. After informing them that I had just scheduled an appointment for an oil change, and that I would like to add a tire balance and alignment, they told me they would happily get that taken care of. I waited in the nice waiting room for around an hour and a half For all of my services to be complete. Upon completion, I was shown an exact description of everything that was going on with my car, including things that I hadn't even asked about. They were very thorough and very descriptive with what was going on, and helped me understand what needed to be done. The oil change was successful, and my tires were rotated, balanced, and aligned. I would definitely use Bondy's Nissan again, I had an amazing experience!”

Since I was parking with my tractor-trailer truck, they were on the brakes and they came out to greet my dog Yeyetzi and they advised me to have the best result regarding a speed sensor, there was not the one I needed but they managed and by removing it to one a cable and the braker to another, they solved my problem and I hit the road again… a 100% rating. By the way, the only Latino who helped me, put on the shirt of helping….People like that are the ones who can make this country continue to be one of the best…”
