“I'm from out of town and this was my first time not only at the Wharf but in the deep South. I was not planning on buying three high-end bathing suits this holiday weekend - but that is exactly what happened here! I haven't been able to find anything where I live that suits my 50-something "new" body. I wandered into the store just browsing and observed a saleslady showing some suits to a customer and talking about how it was possible to have a "modest" suit that still looks cute. I looked around, found a couple suits, and immediately a woman came up to me and kindly offered to start a room for me. I found one more suit, tried all three on in the kindest most low-pressure environment I've ever been in for merchandise of this kind, and three for three they all fit and looked beautiful. I felt like a queen, and ladies, at 52 years old when you find a place that makes you feel like that you know you'll never forget it and come back again! When I checked out they told me they sold everything online too and got my name and email. I felt so welcomed as a customer and so "seen" as a woman which is an experience I have not had in a store for a few years now! Ladies, your NY tourist from Friday 5/24 thanks you from the bottom of her heart and you can be sure I'll be ordering from you online again soon and in the years to come. ??? Thank you so much!!”

“This may be my new favorite store! The only place in the outlets I’ve been able to find a size 14 park of shoes. They also have some really awesome shirts and jackets. I liked the place so much I asked if they have any locations in the DFW area. So now I’ll be visiting the Dallas store whenever I want new dress apparel. The guy there was extremely helpful. One of the laces from one of the shoes I bought ended up tearing off and went back in and the guy gave me free replacement laces.”
“The store is a very small location, but it has a big heart. The manager, Denise, is so kind and her associates follow suit. They're very helpful and if they don't have the shie in store, are quick to offer up ordering the shoe for you. The experience was wonderful and fun. I disagree with review that said they were an overstock store. They just don't have the room to carry much stock. I'll go back everytime I'm in Foley. I hope the same people are still there. It's hard to keep good people.”

“One of my wife’s favorite stores. No trip to the Gulf Coast is complete for us without a visit to Ann Taylor factory outlet store. Tons of stylish merchandise, nicely arranged and all 25 to 50% off. The staff here is friendly and helpful and the store and dressing rooms are nice and clean. A fun spot to shop.”

“We went to the Nike Factory Store - Foley, Alabama looking for a specific shoe. I asked an employee named Valerie. She not only answered my question but walked me to the very shoe I was looking for. She even went in the back and got additional color options for me to choose from. And to top it off, she helped me download the mobile app, helped me get registered and made sure it was all working. By the way, I have since purchased three more pairs of shoes using the Nike app that she helped me set up.This Employee is incredible.Please, please send Valerie my gratitude. I am in a wheelchair, and she could have totally dismissed me, but she took extra time to make sure I was a happy customer.Thank you so very much!!!”

“They have a vast selection but they usually don't have enough of the most common sizes and I never see any width shoes. The value is average unless they are having a sale. Service is almost nonexistent. Being short I have difficulty reaching what I'm looking for. That being said I always find at least 2 pair of shoes I want and often I find 3 or 4 pairs. They have some nice purses for competitive prices too. I will definitely continue to shop at Shoe Station”

“I love this store! Was our first time ever in here. They have lots of cute shoes. We bought 2 pair of On clouds. Can’t say much for the staff person. She was unfriendly. Never seem to want to help me or my daughter. She was very friendly to a couple that was young and looked like they had money! ( didn’t even buy anything) never judge a book by it’s cover. I was going to buy some sandels, but she wasn't very helpful or nice. Ended up ordering them offline. ( Naot ) Will go back when on vacation again.”
