The sole quickly became detached from the left boot (clearly, manufacturers defect), so when I went to return them, I 1000% expected to be told I needed to go through the manufacturer... But no, the shoes were promptly replaced, and all is right in the world! But seriously, that kind of customer service just won safety shoes plus a lifetime customer in me! I can't recommend them enough!! 10 out of 5 stars!!”
