The customer rep walked right up to me asking if I needed help. I was just turning in equipment and he took it with such a nice attitude. I was literally in and out within 1 minute.

I went to order a phone online and it was more difficult than I thought so I went to store & was assisted by Diamone & Shumbria, who were both an awesome & great customer service!!! A raise needed for both ladies
