“Our Target is wonderful. The staff are mostly helpful and friendly. Definitely more than what you get from other big box retailers. The selection is pretty good but not quite as good as I've seen from Targets in larger cities. I don't have any complaints and this is one of the few places I'll willingly go to versus online only; however, their online experience is awesome, as well as the customer service number. “Great Walmart! They have a very large variety of Christmas decorations. I love how they have some inflatables and Christmas trees setup so you can see what you're buying. They had some very cute gift wrap as well. I was looking for a bingo cage set, and found one for only $11. As you can see, this is a great Walmart.”

When they are super busy, not nearly as much fun. Good staff.Biggest complaint is the requirement to make a reservation. Sometimes. That's more of a Verizon issue than a location issue.”

“I love Darian and Faye at the AT&T store! Normally, I don’t write reviews. However, when I receive exceptional customer service, I want others to know.I had just received a new iPhone 15 pro max for Christmas and was having problems transferring my data from my old phone to my new one….so I went into the store in Opelika to see if someone could help me. Darian immediately helped me call Apple support, who stayed on the phone with us until my old phone’s data was backed up. Then she even stayed over an hour past what was supposed to be the end of her shift to continue helping me. After she left, Faye was so sweet and finished helping me until close of business.I have been an AT&T customer for over 30 years. The exceptional customer service I received from employees like Darian and Faye is the reason why I will never switch to a different company. Thank you Darian and Faye for going above and beyond to help me! This store is the best!”
