“After 3 days (6 hours) of back and forth on the phone with T-Mobile’s customer service (5 different people who couldn’t solve my problem) I finally was told to go get a new SIM card from a local T-Mobile store…I’ve always had bad experiences at “Phone stores” and was reluctant to go in. And when I found out this store had opened in Hampton Cove and I never noticed it…I was willing to give it a try…I’m now so glad I did…and glad it’s here. They understood my problem, were very patient with my frustration, very honest and quickly provided a solution….exactly what I wanted from the beginning.
