The manager and staff are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure your taken care of in a timely manner and make sure that you leave satisfied. I actually drive quit along ways from where I live just to come to this specific store. This is so far the only store based out of personal experiences where the go out of their way to give 100% costumer satisfaction and HURRAY I'm getting my he internet.”

“I am a 21+ year Verizon customer and have stayed with them because of the consistently great cellphone service and consistently great custome service. I visited this Verizon store today, to get help with a problem that I had created with my "My Verizon" account. It required multiple steps to fix. Two Verizon reps, Mike and Taylor, were very friendly and helpful. They not only resolved my issue, they recommended a change in my plan that provides me additional services at a lower cost than I was paying. I continue to be very pleased with Verizon customer reps and services.”

“Launch broadband is by far the best internet provider I’ve had. I live in a town that frequents storms and power outages if the storm effects the internet in any way they are on the issue as soon as they are aware. The staff is always nice and they have great customer service each time I have contacted them. Being I work from home for a major company internet connectivity is extremely important to my livelihood. I’ve had Launch for over a year now and I wouldn’t switch to another company”
“I have been using HiWAAY internet services ever since Travelers went insane. I've found HiWAAY technical expertise excellent and their availability second to none. In contrast, AT&T and their DSL service was terrible. You couldn't make a proper web page and frequent communication problems, they were clueless. We also tried Comcast internet service but again, their 'web' service was technically incompetent. Comcast reliability left a lot to be desired too.HiWAAY prices are reasonable and they allow user written CGI. In effect, everything needed in a Web server without a bunch of 'layers'. So I keep my Prius studies in basic HTML without having to go nuts.Currently, I'm using a T-Mobile hotspot, $40/month, which worked even during the April 2011, four-day, power outage. “Did not experience anything like the negative reviews indicated, overall we had a pleasant experience with mediacom. We never had any issues with connectivity or speed and any time we had to go in to the office with questions or issues they were able to help resolve it quickly.Only things keeping it from 5 stars are that the app was dated/limited compared to the others in the industry and it was pricier than the basic packages available with other competitors in Huntsville (ones that didn’t offer coverage in our new area).”

“Have had only internet service for 9 years its been Flawlessly working between 811 | 906 megs Download and 50 megs on an upload. I own all of my own equipment. I've never rented their equipment and any time that I have a issue with the service I've contacted the FCC (just once) they run a home run from the demarcation point.”
