“I called to inquire about the red engine light appearing on the dash of my vehicle. They advised me to observe the light periodically as this could be something that might require a engine specialist or it could be as simple as “dirty gasoline”, meaning trash in the tank from the last place where filled up. I was very pleased with their advise, which in turn saved me a lot of money as the red light disappeared a few days later as my gas tank twiddled down. I am very thankful for their honesty & integrity which saved me a lot of money, with a simple fix. Thanks Long-Lewis !”

“Curtis and his two sons are skilled professionals. My truck was making a loud noise, they identified the problem as a bad pinion bearing along with a damaged ring and pinion gear. Curtis called and told me about the damage and quoted the cost to replace and repair. I authorized the work and my truck was ready the next day by lunch time. I was pleased with the prompt service.Curtis showed me the damaged parts removed from the rear differential and also detailed the quality replacement parts. “My Experience Saturday Wasn't What I Expected But They Got The New Tires On My Car After 1.5 Hours ( Actual Time There With Appointment Was 2 Hours And 20 Minutes) They Neglected To Replace The Valve Stems In Wheels While Installing New Tires But I Called Monday And Spoke With The Head Manager Over Tire Center MARY And She Was Great And Very Helpful ! Mary Took Care Of The Problem And Was Very Nice And Understanding ! My Suggestion Is Don't Go There On Wednesday Or Saturday When Mary Is Off Duty ! Thank You So Very Much For Your Help Mary !
