“Did a great job on my windshield repair. However, I found their pricing to be a bit shady. I called up there and the lady told me $315. I pulled up at the place and the same lady took a look at my windshield and told me $329. And finally, when I went to make an appointment, all of a sudden the price was $349. When I asked about the price change, the lady did not give me an answer. Honestly, I should have just gone to the Safelite in Madison.Edit: somebody from the company called me and said they would reimburse me for the initial quoted amount.”

“My husband and I came in because my daughters car would not jump off from a dead battery. Harley helped us with the new battery and answered all my questions of how to install the battery. We were first timers at this!After we installed the battery at home, I sent my daughter to get the core return. I told her to ask for Harley. I felt sure he would take care of her. She texted me to let me know that Harley had not only looked at her battery but her alternator. She said you can just tell he is a good person and made her feel a lot better with his kindness. “My SUV had delays in starting so I thought it was the battery that I purchased from them in 8/2019. I took in my vehicle and asked if it was too soon for a battery at less than 2 1/2 years old to be getting low. He checked it and in fact it was too low and it was still under warranty, so he installed a new battery at no charge. I knew I needed new windshield wipers so I decided to get them here and he installed those for free too - All under 15 minutes that I was there and in the parking lot. A great place to go, especially, if you are female and don't know much about cars. The service guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. This is now my go to place for my vehicle.”

He also does great work on repairing wrecked vehicles ??Ronnie and the rest of the staff here recently repaired my passenger door on my 2003 Cadillac Deville and I have to say when I went and picked it up I was amazed at how the door paint blended with the rest of the car...it was PERFECT !! That side of my car looks like a brand new one and not only that but, they had taken the time to wash the entire car including getting the wheels spotless!!!! I don't believe there's any way that anyone else could or would have done as great of a job!!I had gotten my truck repaired at another place that was a preferred repair shop and the work they did on it couldn't begin to compare with my car!
