Told the cashier I wanted to do an exchange 3 times and she proceeded to do what she wanted and returned the funds back to my card after I stated for the 4th time I wanted to do an exchange she tell me the return already Ben processed like how hard is it to listen!

They send you a text msg to state your maintenance daily meds are out of stock on ? order, but make ZERO attempts at locating the med at the other 550 local Walgreens... Just no customer service! Now I have to make dozens of calls to hunt down my diabetes med myself. Prayerfully, I won't end up sick in the ?

They are almost always extremely busy which explains the errors I have experienced and the long wait times. It's probably why they don't take the time to give you the best price based on what's available based on insurance requirements.
