“I loved the customer service I received from Ann today in the shoe department! I am a first-time mama expecting my second child soon, so I was kind of clueless about this walking/shoe thing, especially because my daughter's feet are relatively small. Ann took the time to greet us, assess our needs, point us to the right first walking shoe, sized my baby's feet, and gave me tips/things to be aware of when selecting and purchasing kids' shoes.
