“My son loves to beat up the man muscle equipment... whatever it's called. I love Academy Sports because it's always clean and everyone is super friendly. I ordered my stepsons football cleats and they had to ship from another store. I made the purchase online, and before I opened my eyes the next morning, I received a text that they were ready to be picked up. When I went to pick themup I was in a rush because my step-son needed them before practice. This was the best seamless transaction I have ever experienced in my life. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Bravo to lady sitting in the front of the door that, bravo the gentleman that brought me my bag with the shoes already in it. Yay to Academy Sports as an organization, and yay to the Prattville location!!”

I called to ask about sales, etc on a certain brand and when I arrived to the store, the person at the counter went to locate the person, who I spoke with on the phone, to assist me. I was pleasantly surprised!. The person ended up being Cat, who was so personable, respectful, and helpful while offering me brand recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed! I also appreciated the great customer service shown to me by her team member Tyra. I ended up making a purchase and am VERY pleased! I definitely will be back!! Thank YOU ladies!!”
