no good customer service , agent never available to speak with customer I have called all week rep answer the phone never let you speak with anyone

I absolutely LOVE Kevin,Chris, and the girls! I've worked with several different insurance companies for numerous customers and I've found that Mims, more often than not, has the best rates in the River Region.
