My mother's ceiling and insulation fell through on a Tuesday night, I reached out to the toll free number of Farmers insurance, the young lady who answered couldn't understand me, so I decided to call Sue Raybon's office and leave a message on the voicemail, to my surprise the next morning, Wednesday, I spoke with a Ms. Tracy who put in the claim and reached out to the appraiser and by Thursday of the same week everything was processed including the funds to cover the damage.
