Called the store and spoke with Britney - she was great! Met me at the front- told me to exchange the item and even let me check it to make sure there were no broken parts/missing pieces before I left and drove back home. Seems like not a big deal, but to the moms with toddlers, it’s a HUGE deal. Will definitely be back!”

“Thank you for answering your phone. I had called sometime in the early afternoon about a return on a “clearance” item.I found an item under clearance but I was runged up full price. Something that was suppose to be 8$ was about 15$($19 without the 30%coupon)I’ve shopped at Michael’s Ive only made 1 return for my science project when I didn’t need the styrofoam pieces.Thank you for giving me a solution to my issue to try running the receipt first to see if it runs.I ended up calling the original Michael’s at Prattville to see if they’ll do this solution so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Montgomery since you guys were willing to help with my return. While as Prattville Michael’s wouldn’t even try to help me other than telling me “your coupon shouldn’t have worked on a clearance item”… while looking at the receipt that shows the item being FULLY charged price, with the coupon code used right under it ??♀️I was debating to call you guys to let y’all know. But if you see this, it means the issue has been resolved at the original store. Thank you Ladies. Sorry for making you repeat yourself, the phone just mumbles your voices it gets hard to hear.”
