I wouldn’t recommend it. There’s always trash all over the grounds. The water bill is unreasonably high. Rent is unreasonably expensive and oh… the neighbors steal your packages. Not worth it.

Worst living experience I have ever had. The management care about nothing but money. Repairs are never done in a reasonable time.

For the amount they charge to live here, it's...eh. Trash all over the sidewalks, neighbors vibrating your whole unit with their boom box every day. If you work third shift especially, I would not recommend moving here.
