Rick, Sellers, and Bill have been friendly, professional, and accommodating to us. They are great at communication and will always make you feel welcomed in the community. We always recommend our friends to contact Residence Group if they need a place to live that’s convenient to downtown and in an adorable, historic part of town. We will never forget our first homes with them!!!”

“This is a great place. The apartments are nice, quiet, and very clean. Every week the landscaping is being maintained. The office mananger, Kim is very nice and she handles any concerns you have very promptly and makes it a priority. It great to know that it’s still genuine people in the world that care.”

I read some of the other reviews and it seems like more of us just need to take pride in our home and help out some. I'm going to miss this place when I move out of state.”
