“We stayed here for 3 nights. If you like history and old historical homes, then the Malaga Inn is for you! The Malaga Inn shows its age but is still nice and cozy. The staff is very hospitable. I’m not gonna nitpick every little thing, but one thing was the WiFi in the rooms. It was pretty much nonexistent. We had to go to the lobby to get anything to load. It was fine, we made it work. I definitely recommend Malaga Inn.”

“I am enjoying myself very much so far. I am very comfortable in my room, my shower is nice. I also appreciate the amenities that are offered. Who else is going to give you kickbacks at the end of a long day! Staff is very courteous and made everything easy for me after a long day of travel. Highly recommend.

“We had an issue figuring out the television, help came IMMEDIATELY after calling and figured it out, simple. We needed a microwave to make a bottle for the baby to sleep, it was in our room within MINUTES. Chris White at the front desk was SO HELPFUL, above and beyond. We are currently staying here so I hope the amazing service lasts our whole trip, I have no doubt at all that it will!”

“Not sure what makes a hotel a 5 star but this is right up there. I’ve been traveling here for work more frequently and always stay at the admiral. Ever since the remodel, this place looks like 5 stars. The room and staff are amazing. Rooms are always clean. Never had any issues. Definitely recommend.”

I stayed at a.holidayninn a while back that the carpets were super.clean. manager told me they have a full time employee that carpet cleans.hall.and.rooms all floors one floor per week. “It was a very great place to chill. The environment is a safe space. The service are very welcoming. They care about their employees and customers alike.Rooms: The rooms are very accessible for the disabled like myself. The bathroom showers were just fitting for my disability.Nearby activities: There are great conveniences around the hotel Best Buy if your need electronics devices. Great places to eat near by like Panda Restaurant.Safety: Really a safe place to bring your family.”

“We had a wonderful experience staying here. We stayed Friday thru Sunday for a tournament. The room was tidy and smelled freshly cleaned. The kitchenette was well equipped, beds comfy, ac nice and cold. The kids enjoyed the pool. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Mobile Convention Center, the Explorium, dining, and more! The front desk staff were very courteous and professional. When our tournament schedule was delayed, they graciously allowed us a later checkout time. Ohh! And the washer and dryers are complementary — so I could wash uniforms without lugging around quarters! They do not have size limits on dogs so we were able to bring our goodest boy as well. If our team travels to Mobile again, we will be staying at Candlewood Suites!”

“Service was amazing. I was worried after reading reviews after booking through Hotwire. Are the rooms pristinely clean? No, but they are clean enough. I felt comfortable letting my 2 year old run around. There was a musty smell to the room, but I got air sanitizer spray and it went away quickly. My family will definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.”

“Amy (on the AM shift) AND Amber (on the PM shift) at the front desk were absolutely amazing! We took the red eye in from Denver and arrived at the hotel early and Amy went about and beyond to get us into our room asap. Amber was so accommodating to us later when we stopped by the desk in the evening. They were both so nice and friendly and they deserve all the gold stars, praise and a promotions that Hilton has to offer! Employees like Amy and Amber are hard to find and they are definitely a keepers!! Thank you to Amy and Amber for making my stay fantastic from the first second I arrived!!”

“Check in was easy and the room was clean and updated with good amenities. There's a gym on site and an outdoor pool area. The business area seems updated and there's a full breakfast.
There is a lot of construction on other hotels in the area,but none of that disturbed us. It is on the side of Mobile opposite of the attractions and Downtown so it was about a 15 minute drive to get to everything we were doing,but that was not that bad.”

“Only problem I had was one lamp didn't work. I didn't worry about it because there was plenty light. Staff was excellent. They were very helpful and polite. I liked the location. It was right off interstate so as soon as you got there or left you were on highway.
Rooms: The room had a kingsize bed, refrigerator and microwave.
Food and drinks: They have a continental breakfast. There are plenty restaurants and even a Winn Dixie very close.”

“We were passing through the city, stayed for 2 nights. The hotel looked renovated, quite decent large rooms. We booked a room with one bed, they gave us a room with two, in general not a problem, of course, but so-so option. The deposit of $ 100 was returned immediately after check-out within 2/3 hours. The room looked good, but there were no bathrobes, slippers, and a kettle in the room. Dust at the head of the bed is not a very pleasant feeling. The rug by the bed was also not clean, and there are no slippers ?♀️ I did not feel very good about this. I was also very surprised that there was no water in the room, a hotel of this level did not provide regular water - strange, there was nothing to wash down the pill with, since we did not expect this. And my wife and I did not want to run somewhere at night.”
“I stayed here for appx a month, the staff is really wonderful, they went above and beyond helping us. We paid by the day and if it was over booked the night before she get us to pay really fast! There always clean and accommodating! Breakfast is always different but has two choices of meat (either a sandwich w bacon & sausage & or bacon vise versa) House keeping is really sweet after staying awhile they treated us like family and always gave my 2 yro a lot of patients and love <3 11 out of 10!

“Beautiful view, make sure you specifically request a Riverview room. My husband loved the view, the windows were floor to ceiling. The pool area was fantastic, they have a small splash pad for the kids which my son loved. Make sure to get more than one room key if it’s more than one of you bc you need it to go anywhere in the elevator. Loved that the pool had on site bathrooms with 3-4 stalls in the women’s so your not waiting soaken wet to use the restroom. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the cleaning lady knocking on my door and then opening it before I could even get to the door to ask when I am leaving. First off I had already requested a late check out and wasn’t leaving until 12:30 & it was like 9 in the morning. Secondly what if I had been naked or something. Crazy.”
