“I've been doing business with Palmer's Toyota for years. We've bought a total of 4 vehicles over the years from there. Diana Register is our salesperson and she has done a wonderful job helping us with getting the vehicles we needed and wanted. Corey is our service department rep and always makes sure our vehicles are taken care of and that we understand the work that's been done and advises us on anything we need to follow up with in future. Chris Wilson oversees the detail department and has always had over vehicles look new when we have them cleaned. Tina drives the shuttle and always has a smile on her face and gladly gets her customers to their destination when vehicles have to be left for maintenance. I already know that when I'm ready to trade in my car I'll be going back to Palmer's Toyota Superstore.”

This rental car agency at this location takes care of its customers. Don't always go with all the negative reviews. Some of them seem unfounded and the renter is the one with the issue.”

My only problem is that on Priceline it said I would have to pay $52 at pickup and because I am under 25 I had to pay $180. I don’t have a problem with paying the fee, but I definitely think it should be made apparent at the time of booking and not a surprise when you get there. The car was super clean and nice. I’m overall happy, just wish I would’ve known that I would be paying $335 instead of $250.”

Don't rent a RAV4 they are very plastic feeling and have an electric parking brake that will almost give you whiplash when putting it in park. The auto start stop sounds like the starter is going to come out the hood. ( This is a car manufacturer problem not Avis)”

The car has 26,000 miles on it but it looked brand new. A clean car makes a trip so much nicer. Other big name car rental companies should take note, especially Hertz. I have rented many cars from them and they don't even vacuum the cars. I will use Thrifty in the future for sure.”
