“Open 24/7 and staff is very friendly and helpful. For non-staffed hours you get a handy keychain tag to scan in at the door. Equipment is in decent shape and the place always looks clean. In the daytime - because of the tinted windows - it is hard to tell how big the places is or that they're open at all. But they actually have three retail spaces all linked together inside. Don't be shy, walk in or call. It is really nice. The manager, Steve, at the Millbrook location could not be any nicer. I have gym memberships at other larger National chains but like this location better than any of them for the 24-7 convenience.”
