“I'm a member here. Stationed on Maxwell AFB. We chose this CF gym bc they had the best class times and child care is INCLUDED in the membership price! Plus they have boot camp and yoga classes. I've been a members of CFs all over the country and I must say the coaching and community here is the best I've seen. The coaches are super knowledgeable, and definitely push you to the right line. I've improved quickly here on barbell form and weights. The environment in the classes is welcoming; everyone is crazy friendly and encouraging. I'd recommend this gym to anyone and any fitness level. Just try!”
