“I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You're a gem.”

Michael Chamber went out of his way to contact the delivery to calm my anxiety of my order being delivered late. He communicated and promised to resolve my issues late. “I came by here today and I cannot believe how absolutely massive the store is, there's just something very charming about it as well. It is very open and has just about everything you could possibly imagine from tractor tires to live little chickens to Candy.I was really disappointed to see that they did not sell hot tamales but instead they sold cinnamon bears which are God's worst mistake.However, I was really impressed it just how large and well organized this door was, the staff is very happy and friendly as well and they must get lots of steps in everyday walking all over this giant store.”
“David at appliances was the best of the best. We bought a dishwasher and the associate that sold it to us, didn’t notice that it has been sold. We waited for more than 30 minutes for anyone to bring the dishwasher until a girl associate told me they couldn’t find the dishwasher and to go and look for the associate that sold it to me? at this point I was getting really upset. So I went back and tried to locate the associate but couldn’t find him. Another girl told me he has gone to lunch and she couldn’t do anything about it ? so I said to her “so I’m supposed to wait for him until he comes back from lunch? You guess it I went off and told them that if I had a business and ran it like them I would have no business. That’s when David came in and told me that he would do whatever it took for me to choose dishwasher and take home. He offered me $75-$100 about what I paid for the one I had bought. He stayed with me and loaded on my truck and all. David deserves the best customer service award and a pay raise. We don’t get this type of customer service anymore and Lowe’s should make sure he is rewarded for it. Mrs Machado”
“I went to Home Depot today and operation "COVID-19" was apparently well underway. Had a conversation with a management employee about the whole situation. To her credit... she totally supported the employee's. All the while fully understanding how implementing these new safety measures were stressing her workers and the customers out. I want to give her a BIG shout-out for supporting her staff and the company policies. Her name is Ms. SARAH. I have probably spent thousands of dollars at this store; and I can safely say, by now I have a very good feel for the management style and employee attitudes throughout the organization. I have run into many an employee with technical questions for which I have always obtained a cogent/correct answer. Mostly from Mr. PHIL, Ms. Patty and Mr. JOSE. Keep up the outstanding service and don't let the turkeys get you down!!!”
