“Braggs Furniture is Amazing! As soon as I walked in I knew I had found the right store! Jackie greeted me right away and listened to what I wanted then helped me select exactly what I wanted. She was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable. I have been to countless other furniture stores recently and because of the pandemic I was told it could take up to 18 weeks to have ordered furniture delivered. All of the furniture here is in stock and ready to be delivered unless you do decide to custom order something. I will definitely be back to purchase more from them!Excellent high quality furniture at reasonable prices and outstanding customer service!!”

“Great experience. I took on a 3 tier fountain project and the Across the Pond staff was with me every step of the way. When you start these projects, you get to know everyone as you work through the process and walk the grounds daily to talk strategy, buy materials, and order scoops.First off, Everardo knows his stuff and stayed ahead of me as we discussed photos of the progress. Great recommendations on building a wide enough disappearing basin, rigging something to get enough pour out of the bottom fountain tier, best way to build the pump housing, etc. This is during the build, not fixing things after the fact. His guidance was huge in nailing the project and not having to go back. Had a good time talking about the possibilities also.We aren't done yet. I told Everardo that I want to add a spray ring and put some lights in.Thanks all. Well done.”

“Prices were comparable or better than other plumbing supply stores around town. They were out of a couple items I needed but, I've been experiencing that everywhere I go lately. Seems like decent folks. They had an answer for all my questions.I did notice their hours are different than what google shows though. Guy at the counter said (6:30-4:30 M-F) & (7:30-11 Sat). I think they're the only plumbing supply in town that's open on Saturday.”

“I have never shopped at this store until the other day when I got an order from DoorDash to shop then deliver from here. It was 11 items and a couple of them were double quantities. Anyway, as soon as I walked in the staff greeted me and then one of the staff asked me if I needed any help. His name is Alec and let me say that he was absolutely amazing ? He helped me by actually leading the way where everything on the shopping list was. Because of his outstanding customer service I was in and out very quickly which as we all know time is money when you're a shop and deliver driver!!! So thank you Alec, and pOpshelf. You need to give this man a big raise ♥️?”

“My preferred HG in the area, it's always so well stocked, and does seem fairly well staffed as well. They have been doing a pretty great job lately with the staging of seasonal items, it's been quite fun to just walk around. There's always good deals, and a good variety of items. They even increased their stock of pet items into more than a couple of aisles. And I just found out they have extended hours for the holidays, so check out for that!”

“A great place to shop local for home furnishings. We have been here quite a few times. Megan was extremely helpful and welcomed us. She even helped me take out a cabinet to my vehicle to load. The items are priced appropriately. If you stop by, you will be able to find most things for your home....and some vintage items. It is a great place to walk around and visit. The area is tucked away and nestled in the woods with plenty of parking. Thanks again Megan!”

She helped me find the perfect gift for my brothers girlfriends baptism and we designed a special piece for my sister in law who is going through fertility treatments due to her PCOS. I had no idea you can have a piece custom created right there in the store in just a few minutes! She took time to understand what I was looking for and the meaning behind each piece. I could not be happier. While Kennedy got my jewelry ready for me, Briley got me checked in, rang up, and my gifts ready to present (thank goodness because I did not want to wrap anything and the KS bags are way more exciting to gift). They even took the time to write the names on the boxes so I don’t get them mixed up.These ladies took great care of me and have created a LIFETIME Kendra Scott customer!”

Yes, it can be a bit off putting when you walk in the door and just want to look without any pressure but instead are greeted by a salesperson who can be tough to shake, BUT I much prefer this problem instead of going into a shop and walking around for 20 minutes with no one talking to you at all. I was very pleased with their selections and was able to make a decision immediately because their prices were the best I had found PLUS their customer service is exemplary. I have purchased (and had delivered) furniture on two separate occasions. Alexis and Cindy were helpful and friendly. Delivery Guru's Anderson and Chris were prompt and professional - - not to mention patient - - when delivering the furniture.
