I have bought 2 necklaces there now and they both look like they came from a gum ball machine...only good for a few wears they are tarnished and not wearable

Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Went in looking for a specific pair of earrings I saw online, and she knew exactly which ones I was looking for. Packaged up very nice and pretty, which was plus.
