“I brought my car here at the recommendation of the local Honda dealership because the paint was chipping next to my back windshield on my ‘17 Civic. Although this is a known issue for 16/17 Civics, Honda has yet to extend the paint warranty to cover costs for these issues. I had the pleasure of talking to Troy, and he reassured me that he had fixed this paint chipping issue on several Honda’s before and even reached out to the local dealership for me in attempt to get Honda to cover the cost. With no luck getting Honda to cover costs, he quoted me to repaint the panel that touches the right side of my back windshield. I dropped my car off, and upon pick up he informed me that they were able to paint just the inner part where the paint is chipping and that I would not owe what he originally quoted me. It is absolutely seamless! Such nice, honest people and I will recommend them to anyone who needs any paint work. Thanks for such a great experience!”
“Brought my new to me Cadillac here to get a few small dents remove, one of which had a paint chip. Dropped it off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon. They even found a couple smaller ones I didn’t notice and fixed those as well with no up charge. I recommend this place 100%. My caddy looks perfect now. Super happy ?”

“John is very nice! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! They even remember you by name! It took a long time, I will say that. But I would rather it take time with someone who truly cares about fixing every detail than someone who rushes a job! Most of the time was waiting on parts. They noticed the wheel was damaged and of course all state wanted them to repair the wheel. But John said it was too dangerous to repair the wheel. But to prove Allstate wrong he did what they said then showed them that he couldn't let anyone drive off like that and ordered a new wheel! It does take time with ordering parts, getting approval from insurance, proving the damage and then actually doing the work! Any problem I had they fixed! Will definitey choose this place if I'm ever in this spot again!”

“Excellent customer service. I called them at 10 am to get a Knock Sensor for a 2003 Baja, they told me to come at 2 pm, it was there at 1:50 pm. The price was lower or close to online price, and I did not have to wait for shipping. Car was back on the road at 4 pm. Nothing more to ask.”

“My roommate and I came to this auto part store this evening because we thought my cars starter was bad; since the car was sometimes refusing to start since I left work Thursday afternoon. When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car. “Brought in Highlander for recall on paint job. Took roughly 3 weeks. Got a nice Toyota Cross to drive in mean time. They fixed a small ding on rear and fixed the places around the door handles and edges of doors fantastic. Driving home I lifted vizor to discover windshield had been replaced to my surprize. There was crack on left working across. They didn't say anything when I picked up vehicle. Called wife she wanted to see vehicle. Drove to church in OXR pulled under cover where kids picked up.
