“Made an appointment to open a savings account. I didn’t necessarily want a checking account since I have a bank already but I would’ve been charged $3 a month on the savings account. I really hate that I had to open 2 accounts. I ended up closing both accounts today at a different branch because I don’t want to switch banks.This review is strictly for the employees and how helpful they were. “Love 💚 they are open late Thursday and Friday and open until 4 on Saturday I opened a new account with them yesterday and it took all of 20 minutes at the most they took time to make sure I understood all the technical terms they use which really impressed me cause having ADD I have a hard time learning something that is just rambled off to me but every question I asked was answered completely and in a courteous manner and a smile. “First time going inside this bank and I had to speak with a manager/etc.. so I sat down and the wait time wasn't too bad. It gave me an opportunity to see one of the branch managers named Skylar walk a customer out to their car. That was actually beautiful to see. When he returned, he asked if I needed any assistance and took care of us. He sang a lil song, engaged with my son (who was also present) and casually asked if I needed any other banking products. I sincerely appreciate your wonderful customer service! U actually make me want to "keep" my Regions account after all the other mishaps I've had with them. Thank u!”
