He handled all of our issues regarding questions we asked. He explained each step so we would have a better understanding of the situation we had. “Made an appointment to open a savings account. I didn’t necessarily want a checking account since I have a bank already but I would’ve been charged $3 a month on the savings account. I really hate that I had to open 2 accounts. I ended up closing both accounts today at a different branch because I don’t want to switch banks.This review is strictly for the employees and how helpful they were. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish I liked the bank itself better.”
