They're friendly and helpful, but they will cancel your refills if you don't pick them up fast enough; in less than two weeks in my experience. This time limit is NOT communicated ahead of time. Waste of time and gas.

Me and my mom ran in to grab a few things and Bob was amazing! He gave us some crackers and dip that were being sampled for the day all while cracking some jokes to us. Then he saw our hands were full so he grabbed us a hand basket to make things easier for us. Made our experience so great!
