“I was looking for Chinese black vinegar and decided to stop by this store off high 72 heading towards Madison. It's been many years since I was in this store as it is not convenient to where I live. Inside the shelves are stocked with varieties of sauces that aren't available in other Asian stores. I found Chinese black vinegar to purchase. It wasn't the brand I normally buy from Hong Kong but it looked to be suitable for my needs. This store has a lot of fresh produce, fish and blue crabs. I saw two women tangling with the crabs and that gave me a moment to chuckle. Those blue crabs were resisting being put in bags for purchase. There's kitchenwares and various other household items for sale here. If you are looking to purchase oriental bowls, plates, cookware and chopsticks they are here at reasonable prices. If you like adventure eating, please stop by and check out their goods. I was surprised to see durian! Durian has a unique taste and 98% of my friends will not eat it.”

“Good grief, I've been to this store thousands of times and never dropped any stars here! It's a great Publix with friendly faces and all the goodness you expect from a Publix. One of my former coworkers from our department store retail work days works here and is always a joy to see - she has a lovely smile!The only challenge with this location is access/exiting which is easily remedied by entering/exiting at the adjacent neighborhood with traffic signal on the north side of this shopping center. I've purchased from just about all the departments here except the pharmacy. Restrooms are up front by the bakery section and are always clean. This is a conveniently located Publix close to my church, and lots of delicious eateries such as Cork and Crust. Thanks Publix!”

“Publix has grown considerably from its Florida roots and that is a fortunate thing for people in the communities where this amazing supermarket opens a location This particular location sits close to the Huntsville and Madison border in Alabama and I am confident that people from both areas will "go the extra mile" for this particular supermarket. Publix has forged a great reputation for its customer service, buy one, get one free (BOGO) deals, and we certainly cannot forget their great subs, affectionately known as "pub subs." It is through the above mentioned business practices that made Publix the supermarket to beat here in the southeastern United States. I drove from my hotel here and it was about a fifteen minute drive and worth it to get some Publix iced tea.”

“I am a huge fan of this location. There were a few quirks before with the reward system that annoyed me at first but that is no longer a problem. They have very cold beverages in the refrigerator, the items you need in a pinch to finish/start a meal and snacks to get you through. The staff has always been friendly to me and now they offers pizza too. Great place to get gas and more.”

“This review is for AFC Sushi at this Kroger's location:: I'm a very big fan of the sushi shop within the Krogers in this location. I've lived in Madison for about two years now and it's been difficult finding good sushi like the authentic ones I used to get living in NYC. The sushi, sashimi, nigiri and sides are all made fresh that day right in front of you by the 2 or 3 chefs that are there. I like my tuna sweet and tender and this shop has been the only shop so far to get that served right. I like both Korean sushi (Kimbob) and Japanese sushi and this spot is a total lunch time 'win' during working hours or on my way home from work. The colors and presentation of the sushi is beautiful, you won't regret giving it a shot. They also make custom platters for parties which would be great for a get together. This review is for the Starbucks at this Kroger's location:: I love the fact that there is a Starbucks in this location. The baristas can customize drinks and serve all of the standard Starbucks drinks. The lines are never long and there is a basket full of cup holders to be used on the shopping carts in the market. The speed in which the drinks are made aren't the fastest I've seen but I still walk away happy. This review is for the Supermarket:: This Krogers is very large compared to its former Hughes Road location. It's very new and include a large delicatessen area. I was lucky enough to finally find a supermarket that sold romano cheese as a brick compared to the shaved/ grated kind usually in the pasta isle by Kraft. Their cheese selections are impressive but even more impressive is the wine and beer variety and the space dedicated to those items in the market. I've been shopping here since its grand opening and still get lost and have to going through multiple isles to look for very specific items. Shopping at this Krogers isn't as quick and efficient as shopping at Wal-Mart but the variety and availability of goods is there. This Krogers also serves and sells more seafood and seafood variety than Publix and Wal-Mart. I grilled tuna steaks from here and have yet to try the swordfish steaks. Overall this Krogers has increased my qualify of life in my location even if it does take me 10 isles to find protein bars or cranberry juice.”
