“To start, the hotel itself is great, but what stands out is the service we received when we showed up looking for a room at 2:30am after our previously booked hotel didn't have anyone at their lobby to check us in (long story, the GM knew we were going to be there at about 0100, the police were called and the office area was searched. No employee was found). Holly was on duty that night and she was so sweet and understanding. She had ONE room available and was able to get us checked in quickly and with a huge smile and nice conversation. THANK YOU HOLLY!!
Otherwise the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot, tasty and fresh. Very nice place to stay!

“Covid has taken a permanent toll on Hilton Garden Inn's breakfast, and this location is near the bottom.Rooms are fine. Location is not bad. Skip breakfast and use your food credit at the bar.”

“Great place to stay. Rooms are good, plenty of space. The bathrooms are very large, which is so nice with 2 people trying to get ready. Over all great place but breakfast is not the best. Doesn't suck, but usually go out for food. 24/7 coffee is great too.

Rooms: Room is a good size.

Safety: All exterior doors are locked out with key access only.”

“My husband and I drove from NY to Alabama to visit family and this hotel was the Best! Friendly and efficient staff, room was super clean and comfy and the price was PERFECT! Would definitely stay here again!

“Nice hotel with awesome staff. I've stayed here multiple times and will definitely stay again. The rooms are nice and clean. Non smoking but you are never far off from exits outside. They are actively remodeling. It's not loud or anything though. They have security that rides through the parking lot frequently so it's a safe place to stay. They won't bother you if you don't bother them. The rates are very good for the area. They charge a deposit that's fully refundable upon checkout. The staff really stands out though. They are friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to accommodate you and that's more than I can say for other hotels in the area. Definitely recommend.

“This is a consistently clean and friendly overnight for us when traveling through to visit my son, who is out of state and back. The rooms are updated, the area feels safe, the staff is friendly and the rooms and grounds are safe. Easy walk to dining after a long day of driving as well. Affordable too. Will be back!

Safety: Seems to be a nice, quiet area at night. We walked to dinner with no concerns. The hotel itself is quiet.

Walkability: We walked over to the steakhouse after a long drive. There seems to be some good food options, a little bit of shopping, and a laundry place within easy walking range.

Food and drinks: yes, within walking distance.

Noteworthy details: Affordable, friendly, and clean. We intentionally stay here when traveling through.”
