Arrived at the hotel a little after 9pm with a reservation for 3 days. It is now almost 10pm and the staff is still cleaning rooms. Unacceptable and they must have known all day that there was an issue alerting guests to make other arrangements.

Great place and seems extremely new. Very pretty and clean and nicely decorated. Decent location too. Very friendly staff.

This location is infested with ladybugs. While they may not be harmful. I prefer to enjoy them on the outside, NOT in my room. The front desk came to vacuum them up (more than 15), however quite a few have appeared again in my room. It's not just my room either!
